This Single-use & Safety Policy applies to products sold by PINOVA AESTHETIC LLC that are identified as single-use, disposable, sterile, hygienic, or otherwise subject to special handling requirements.
Single-use Products
Products identified as single-use, disposable, sterile, or hygienic must be used only as stated on the product packaging, labeling, instructions, product page, and applicable manufacturer guidance.

Protect products from conditions that may affect their safety, sterility, quality, packaging integrity, or performance, including excessive heat, cold, moisture, sunlight, contamination, impact, or improper storage.

Expiration Dates and Lot Information

Returns of Single-use and Hygienic Products
Opened, used, installed, activated, tested, damaged, altered, tampered-with, improperly stored, sterile, single-use, hygienic, and disposable products may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Customers must obtain prior written return authorization before sending any product back. The authorized return address will be provided with approved return instructions.
