PINOVA AESTHETIC LLC accepts payment for eligible orders through the payment methods made available at checkout. Payments are processed using Shopify Payments and related payment-service providers.
Payment Authorization
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed or dispatched.
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order may remain pending, be delayed, or be canceled if payment is not completed, authorization is declined, information is inaccurate, or a security or fraud review cannot be completed.
Accepted Payment Methods
The payment methods available to you will be displayed at checkout. Available methods may vary depending on your location, device, currency, order details, and Shopify Payments availability.
Payment Security
Payment information is transmitted to and processed by Shopify Payments and its applicable payment-service providers. PINOVA AESTHETIC LLC does not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers on its own systems.
Shopify Payments and the applicable payment networks or financial institutions may process payment information under their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, and legal requirements.
Currency
Unless otherwise stated, prices on the website are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD).
Your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or financial institution may apply currency-conversion fees, foreign-transaction fees, or other charges. PINOVA AESTHETIC LLC does not control those charges.
Order Confirmation
After payment has been successfully authorized, you may receive an order confirmation by email. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.
PINOVA may cancel or decline an order before dispatch for reasons including product unavailability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, shipping restrictions, import restrictions, or compliance concerns.
If an order is canceled after payment has been received, the amount actually paid for the canceled order will ordinarily be refunded through the original payment method, subject to applicable law and payment-provider rules.
Failed, Declined, or Pending Payments
If a payment fails, is declined, remains pending, or cannot be verified, the order may not be processed until payment is successfully completed.
For payment issues, customers should first contact their bank, card issuer, or payment provider. Customers may also contact PINOVA AESTHETIC LLC for order-related assistance.
Fraud and Security Reviews
We may use payment verification, fraud-screening, identity-verification, and security services to protect customers, PINOVA, Shopify Payments, and the website.
We may request additional information or confirmation before processing an order. If the requested information is not provided or cannot be verified, we may delay, decline, or cancel the order.
Taxes and Additional Charges
Applicable taxes collected at checkout may be added to the order total. International customers and recipients are responsible for destination-country import duties, customs charges, VAT, local taxes, brokerage fees, clearance fees, permits, and other charges unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout or in a written quote.
Destination-country charges are separate from taxes collected by PINOVA at checkout.
Refunds and Payment Reversals
Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method unless applicable law or the payment provider requires another method.
