Return Window

Return Eligibility

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

All original packaging and accessories are included.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is obtained before sending anything back.
Returns sent without an approved RMA may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Single-use consumables (e.g., microneedling tips, cartridges, needles) once opened.

Items showing signs of use, tampering, or damage not caused by shipping.

Customized or special-order items, where applicable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

We’ll review your case and provide next steps and, if approved, a prepaid return label and/or replacement options.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is approved due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
International Returns

We accept returns from countries we ship to.

Transit times and shipping costs vary by destination and customs processes.

Duties and taxes paid to carriers or authorities are non-refundable. You may contact your local customs office for any reclaim options available.
Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your return is approved or rejected.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your refund is approved.
